In the past week I've had a couple of instances where I've used a Quick Mode in the GE app, but afterwards I realise that inverter settings have been incorrectly restored after resuming. The first time, Eco mode got switched off, then the second time the battery charge & discharge rates were both set to zero, so the battery didn't charge over night.

In both cases, it has cost me money, due to peak import and lost export.

Gen1 AC3 inverter, Gen 2 9.5kwh battery, iOS app v4.0.4.5863.

GE are thinking wishfully if they are hoping I will pay a subscription for this!

MrWobling There have been quite a few reports of problems when using the Quick Play buttons in the app. I suggest that you try a Reset to Defaults. From the Home Dashboard, press the Cog wheel (top right), then select Reset to Defaults. This should clear all stuck settings. You will then have to set up Charge / Discharge slots again.

I use the Quick Menu buttons every day to adjust Timed Export to run the battery down before 23.30 .
Only failed a couple of times (out if several hundred adjustments) and almost certainly due to home wifi/internet connection problems.
To check I adjusted it using Android Inverter app yesterday. That worked fine as well.
I'm transitioning to Home Assistant at the moment and can't find a card that replicates the Quick Menu button, as I find it's the most useful, and most used, in the entire app.
Anyone had any luck? I've asked in the GivTCP and HA forums but haven't had any luck. A couple come close but I'd like a 1:1 copy.
