Battery Voltage at 46V

Little load on the house and battery charged to around 90% but only supplying about 100w and grid supplying 250w.
Why is the battery not supplying the complete load.

Which battery do you have? Which inverter? Single battery or multiple?
When was the battery last calibrated?
It may depend partly on the system you have, but 46 volts would not correspond to a 90% State Of Charge (SOC) on the systems I am familiar with - although it is within the operating range of Gen 1 equipment, it is slightly below the operating range of Gen 3.

Are there any lights on the battery/batteries? Anything in notifications in the portal?

Bobby123 you posted a couple of weeks ago to say battery was unresponsive. Did you resolve that, or is this the same ongoing problem?
