Tuesday 19/5 I decided to look at Inverter Monitor app for Android. I successfully downloaded it and at about 10:00 am used the "free" version to look at the status of my 13.5kWh AIO system. Every thing seemed satisfactory. About 2 hours later I checked the conditions using my PC cloud portal and realised that the PV had flatlined. It was a dreary day but the historical PV data from Solcast for my location shows it should be giving a reasonable charge. I then used the local access Givenergy phone app and the system seemed to correct itself.

The following day (20/5/26) (I was not at home) The data again shows the PV flatlining for 4 and then 3.5 hours.
In the early hours of the next day the log shows an Inverter restart activated by "Server" because? / with? "External Change Detected"

The following day everything worked correctly.
BUT today 22/5/26 with wall to wall sunshine I again had a flatline from 9am to 1pm.
Is there any possibility that Inverter Monitor app for Android could have upset the system?
Any other suggestions?
PV Inverter Lock Out

If you chart your grid voltage against the same timeframe does it go >250V at the times when it stops output.
This is the usual culprit for weird PV generation when it should be pushing out lots of power on sunny days.

When it comes to technology, all sorts of weirdness is possible. I don't have an AIO, only an older hybrid system. The AIO has some subtle protocol changes which as far as I know are completely undocumented. The method of accessing the battery data is quite different on the AIO to the older batteries. I modified my app to work with the AIO using a technique generally known as "guesswork"!
There are some things that are confusing here.
The AIO doesn't have PV input, usually the PV is supplied by a separate inverter of a different make. The AIO simply monitors what the other inverter is doing. What inverter is connected to your panels?
Typically the AIO is used in combination with a gateway, and both the AIO and the gateway have an IP address. Did you put the IP address of the AIO or the gateway or both into my app?
Also, it looks like it could be a grid power outage. With my app the word OUTAGE would show on the grid line.
If you run my app with "Collect Stats" setting on, you will get a notification (by default accompanied with a sound) when the power goes out.
There was no sustained power outage as all GE downloads show continuous grid voltage. this does go to 0 with grid failure.

I do have 2 IP addresses but have no way of identifying which is which but battery data did show with your app
If you haven't already done so, check back over any data you have for the last few weeks to see if this happened at all before the 19th, or if it only started on the 19th.
Then if possible establish if the Fronius stops generating, or if it is still generating and the AIO is not recording the generation. Smart meter data may help with this.
Looks to me like it could be a problem with the cabling to the solar panels.

In the last 2 months there was an occasional single point (reading at 5 min intervals) earlier and a 30 min window on 17/5 at 12:05. although the readings were generally erratic but otherwise probably genuine on that day.
As far as the AIO not recording - the battery was definitely not being charged during the flatlines but discharging to match the house loading
Anthony T Based on what you have said, it seems that the most likely cause is a cabling fault to your solar panels.

The PV inverter is currently sitting flashing STATE 457 & SYNC AC.
State 457 is a stuck AC relay which may stop it restarting but shouldn't kill at high charge (I think)
Or is it a faulty status contact on the relay?
