Timed charge set to say, 30% on portal or App, but by the morning that figure changes to 100% and the battery has fully charged. It only started doing this last week? Anyone else suffering this?
(I'm suspecting some bug in the 'Quick Settings' buttons on the App that I looked at last week, but don't leave shown)
Try using the web portal only to make the changes, the app can be a bit hit and miss when it comes to applying the settings, and the portal can overwrite them
Cdent thanks, I did check the Portal and the changes appeared to be ok there, I'm not confident there's some stored setting somewhere not refreshing...👍
I would say always start with a refresh of the settings. Then change, whatever you need. Don't forget to apply. Do another refresh, after your apply has completed, to see what is actually stored.
I too had this anomally , in the app go to the smart tarrif settings and check that automations is in the off settings
