I'm using these via Home Assistant to run my setup:
-GivTCP
-GivEnergy Local
Will these be affected by the subs, etc? I'm a little confused and haven't yet spotted anyone else making it clear if these will be affected.

GivTCP definitely will not be affected, any tool that uses it to talk the inverter should also be fine.
I know PredBat has the option to communicate using the GivEnergy Cloud which would obviously therefore need Premium access. In that case it would need to be reconfigured to use GivTCP instead.
I haven't used your tool but if it is already using GivTCP it won't know that anything has changed.

I am using HA with GivTCP 3.5 and predbat and all is running fine and exactly the same as yesterday, even though I have not paid for the premium GivEnergy service, my GivEnergy portal is now rubbish and the phone app is local mode only.
I don't have GivEnergy Local installed

You don’t need GivTCP and GivEnergy Local, they both do the same thing, so you need one or the other.
They will both continue to work regardless of the premium subscription or not as they communicate directly to your inverter not via the givenergy cloud
