EVC constantly going offline

Hi there now we’re in the period of a chargeable subscription for the Givenergy app. Can we get some renewed support for the EV charger constantly going off-line and negating It’s Smart functionality pls?

It’s a great product when it connects, but it never connects more than a day before needing power cycling again to get it back online
