Axle subscription causing loss of comm with inverter using app

Since I subscribed to Axle enabling premium access to GivEnergy app functions I have lost comms with my inverter showing offline for 10 hours now. I have reset dongle but still showing offline. Any suggestions please?

Ace Are you able to see the inverter on your local network, such as with ping, or using the Android Inverter App ?

Is the inverter still powering your house normally, with the usual LEDs on the front ?
