Mine hasnt up dated for a year does anyone now how to fix this or is there somthing faultyo we my equitment o

is your system still working OK? If so don't worry about it and relax.

However, your question leads me to suspect you do not know Givenergy are in adminisyration with all staff made redundant except the people who manage the phone app software that is a seperate company.

Kirsty There are no new firmware updates as Givenergy are in administration. Even if there is a firmware update offered, DO NOT INSTALL IT unless it fixes a problem you are facing. There is no givenergy support any more so if your firmware updates fails, that’s it.

But if all is working fine then dont worry, just keep on enjoying the solar

Be very afraid of updating firmware now that Giv has gone pop.
