From the dashboard I am unable to see my GivEnergy plug that used to be displayed in the central ring and the icon that used to display the amount of energy contribution sometimes appears but is not functioning, tried it on different devices.

Baywell in the email from givenergy software and in several (at least 5) Other similar posts on this forum, the givenergy smart plugs are no longer supported in the app
you need to swap to using the tuya app
again, this is covered multiple times in this forum already if you’d searched before posting

People responded to how you can circumvent this issue, but you obviously ignored the responses, or are you just trying to wind people up?
