I found a post regarding predBat and PredSupport

Looks to be manned by some of the GivEnergy upper tiers and the Legend himself looks to be in amongst it.

cant find anything on Predbat about it, but there was talk on FB that people had got help and resolved, even one had a site visit to repair an inverter on site.
Looks to be a few companies jumping in to the vacuum, which is only a good thing.

Seems a few of them have gone to fill this hole and good luck to them.
