Enable AC Charge Upper % Limit

Can someone please advise me what this toggle on/off does. I can’t either set it off or up to 100%. I’m sure it’s been off till now but all seems to work generally. Thanks

It's a needlessly complicated way of setting up AC charge that Givenergy firmware team decided on.

Basically you have a register that scales 0-100% for what you want the battery to charge to right? Well kinda... But in Givenergy land rather than just use the slider value as...well...the value, like a normal person they added an extra step.
So you have another toggle that tells the inverter to actually use the damn slider.

Toggle is off? During your charge window the inverter simply aims for 100% no matter what you set the slider to.

Toggle On - Slider can be set to a value and then it aims for that instead.
