I am continuing to receive daily/weekly/etc emails saying a report is available but I cannot access the reports because I don’t have premium access. I also can’t stop the emails arriving because I don’t have premium access! Is there a link to the email settings without premium access?

I'm kind of curious on this one too but with marketing emails. I KNOW I've opted out 4 times now (since I bought the system) and still they come.
I think I'm going to do a DSAR soon.
Configure your email client to redirect the emails to your spam directory!

DJS subscribe to premium, the first month is free, then once you have stopped the reports being produced you can cancel the subscription

geoffreycoan Guess I may have to do that but it is an absolute failure for them to have made it impossible otherwise. Doesn’t make me confident about ‘premium’. I’d have paid for premium at £25, not £60 for the year.
