Battery not charging from solar

Since the new app, my battery is not being charged up by the solar panels.

I can't see any setting that relates to solar and I don't know what needs adjusting.

Please help.

What tariff are you on
Have you signed up to a premium account with GivEnergy
Have you got any notifications on the portal
What does your portal history show
Are there any lights on the battery or inverter
Have you checked ALL breakers AC and DC

BlackJake usually the eco flag is enough. See the registers in the direct control section via the menu. There are other possibilities such as max charging power. If it was paused, that would show in the battery status bar at the bottom.

Have you tried a reset to defaults?
Does the battery charge from the grid?
Have you checked the battery settings?
