The inverter is discharging to the grid rather than charging the battery. I do not want it to do this but do not seem to be able to override this setting. His go I ensure that power from solar panels used for the home and battery before discharge to the grid
Make sure Eco is on and you have not pause charging to your battery.
If you are using the GE premium service it could be that this is responsible. Or if you are signed up to Axle it could be them. You could check your inverter logs in the portal to see where those changes are being made.
I found all my inverter/battery settings had been reset in the migration to the new portal. try setting them up again through the web portal. Then make sure 'eco settings' are disabled on the homepage of the app.
