Hi, new to this forum. Firmware update happened last night and my AIO 2 is beeping constantly. Have cycled off and then back on again (Pressing the green lit "Give" button). Flipped the DC MCB breaker buttons off and back on again. The beeping persists all through this. Guessing it can't be whatever it is I turned off. Any ideas?
Beeping!!!!
I have an AIO 1 that is beeping too (green light flashing - inverter waiting). It's reported low battery voltage in logs, but battery is at 58%. Started a week ago. Installers have run out of ideas and so currently in process of arranging help from help@predsupport.com.
Why do you think there was a firmware update? I had some messages in my logs around the time this started that was reading firmware version and getting some strange values. Not sure if its related.
More than likely a completely different issue as yours is a V2, but I am somewhat ahead of you and thought my experience may be helpful.
JimA I stupidly thought that the firmware update (D0.006-D0.003-A0.006) that was available was a good idea, as it is on so many types of devices. Only after the event and the beeping started did I read "if your system is working, don't update". Lesson learnt.
The remote log also shows the firmware being installed.
Thanks for your thoughts. Installer is doing some digging. I'm not there yet but I think I might end up going down the Predsupport route. Lets see.

There are firmware files over here. You might be able to pull an older version and then install that
