Since i have come back from holiday i noticed that we now have to pay for subscription to see what is going on with my solar.
as at present i use the GivEnergy cloud website (https://givenergy.cloud/dashboard) i am unable to even determine if my solar is actually working or not.
my dashboard seems to have not changed in the last week.
Pertinax Indeed Ge have changed their support model since the hardware element of the company went into administration. You should have emails from ge informing you of the changes. Suggest you play catch up with the myriad of other topics on this forum that give all the detail.
If you have a battery you can join axle VPP (keep your existing energy supplier). They will give you premium access subscription the moment you join.
You will have to read up and decide if you want to just join axle events (dispatch mode) or let them fully manage your system.
I think those of us using HA and predbat have just signed for dispatch mode
