Paulhb If you are paying the premium to GE or using Azle and are having issues then best to reach out to the GE software folks. But if you are not then suggest you read the plethora of other posts on here as the hardware side of ge is in administration and the software side has introduced a premium service circa 4.99m if you want to access the power flow data from the cloud dashboard. Otherwise you will need to use the new ge app which will allow you to connect to your inverter when you are on the same network as your inverter (ie at home). The other posts on here will give you an idea of the other non ge options you could choose to monitor/control your inverter.
