low batteries discharge

My batteries are discharging well below the settings on the inverter
for example 3kw dischargre setting usage 4-98kw solar 2-48kw
battery 1-35kw and 1-15kw from the grid and my batteries have
95% of 14-5 kw ???

What are the usage numbers you are quoting. Energy is kwh.

sorry I am a mid seventies fossil.
I have a Giv HY36 inverter coupled to a 3 pack 15Kwh battery pack with solar panels.
The discharge setting is set at 3297w. on the system.
Yesterday the house was consuming 4.98kwh the solar was making 2.48kwh
the battery were suppling 1.35kwh at a 95% state of charge and the grid was supplying
1.15 kwh shortfall.I would have thought that the batteries should be able to cover the
complete consumption.I hope that this makes it a little clearer.Kind Regards.

The max (AC) it can output is 3.6kW, whatever the mix of solar and battery. (Some of the 4.98kW shown is probably inverter losses, which are coming from solar/battery before conversion to AC)

What are you looking at to get data. The GivEnergy portal is a few minutes behind, and the inverter takes time to respond to demand
kwhr is energy and not the power. Power is Kw. Think of power as speed and kwhr as miles
Your discharge setting is 3.279kw, that is the speed at which your inverter can take energy from your battery and put it into your house..
Your house consumption is probably 4.98kw for a short period. Something like dishwasher heating up, kettle on etc. for a couple of mintes. Unless you have a house running on electric heating, I doubt you will run at 4.98kw much.
Solar probably making 2.48kw. A typical panel probably runs about 300w peak, so I guess you have 10 or 12 panels.
The 2.48kw will go up and down as the sun moves in and out of clouds.
Have you tried doing a forced discharge of the battery for a couple of hours and see that it runs down below the 95% charge.
Have you checked your battery settings are on Eco and not locked at 95% soc
