Free local access not working - Upgrade to Premium to use this feature

Trying to restart my gateway and I get the message "Upgrade to Premium to use this feature". I thought local access did not require a subscription. Am I doing something wrong?

DrJohnM61 Browser access is via the GE cloud. So, not local. You can get local control using the GE app or one of the other 3rd party apps. Additionally you could use one of the many available home automation solutions out there. All described in other threads here.
