noone@nowhere.com. GE are no more. Support is through your installer or third parties - the most promising of which is https://www.predsupport.com which is a group of keen ex-GE support team people and initial reviews are positive.

Thanks. I'll send the query to the premium address. I had, maybe naively, thought that they would still have support for non-premium users too. You know, to show them some good service in the hope they might pay for more features.
