Givenergy inverter with 8.2kw battery stops working every hour

I had the system fitted last week. I have a flashing green light on the inverter most of the time. The installation company and GivEnergy have remotely restarted the inverter and it works for an hour or so and then stops again. I also get massive power spikes in the middle of the night for no apparent reason and currently I am importing more electricity than I did prior to having the system installed due to the spikes. Despite during the day being all generated. I have worked out how to restart myself on the givenergy cloud but this evening I have just done it for the 6th time. What could be wrong? I am struggling to get an answer from GUvEnergy and the installation company, they think a "glitch"

Installation error(s) and/or faulty equipment. Responsibility is with the installer to fix and if necessary they should contact GivEnergy for help. I presume you have only paid a deposit, don't make final payment until system is working satisfactorily. Be sympathetic with installer as they are probably busy and have commitments to other customers. Get a date for them to come out and fix it, and consider turning the whole system off until they come out. If installer is not reasonable, consider posting a poor review on Google. For what it's worth, my guess is the CT clamp is not fitted correctly.

Thank you. I have spoken to the installation company and givenergy. Installation company say they are trying to get someone to come out and I have been and will continue to be sympathetic with them, givenergy looking into it remotely but then don't reply. I don't know what the CT clamp is but will suggest that to installer. Thank you.

The LED that is flashing green indicates 'The system waiting for available power'.

Green solid = Normal
Yellow = Communications issue
Red = Fault

Do you have a hybrid inverter, with PV Array and Battery connections?
Or an AC-coupled inverter with just Battery, Load and Grid indicators and no PV Array indicator?

Simon_C We have 18 panels, a solis inverter and then the givEnergy inverter and battery. it works fine after a reset for an hour or 2 and then the battery flatlines.

GivEnergy say they are sending an engineer now but when unknown
