Incorrect values in Android GivEnergy app

I'm not sure if this is common, but my Android App seems to show the wrong values for my solar, home and possibly battery and grid. I'm not sure if this is after the radical app changes to remove anything useful as I can no longer access the graphs. On a sunny day in the past my solar would be showing 5-5.5Kw but it is now showing 1.5-2Kw. I'm outputting 11 - 13.5Kw per sunny day according to Octopus and I know I have heavy usage of about 16-25kWh per day.

I'm not sure if there is a setting that limits the solar (why would there be!) and am not sure why that value would have changed after 4 years.

Is there any other way I can see the actual values from solar other than the app, I have looked on https://givenergy.cloud/dashboard but can't seem to find anything useful anymore.

Any help appreciated.

i had the same problem. Further issue was that it said charging of batteries was stopping at around 80%, then shows no energy going into the batteries for 2 hours, while the battery charge level rises to 100%. Basically the new Android app doesn't seem to look in the right places for the data.
If the app says you need a firmware update, don't do it. I did, and the validation phase never starts, update stays 90% complete for an hour and gives up after 1 or 2 hours. Now the inverter can't see the solar or the batteries, just passes power from the grid to the house.

CraigSolar If you haven't done it already, try clearing the cache for the GE App as this can sometimes be the cause of weird behaviour.
