Battery dead?

My 5.4kw battery seems to have died overnight, with 0% charge and no charge going to it, no lights are on and everything so far today has been exported. With only premium and no cloud access I'm not sure what to do to check whether it's beyond me to fix and I have to contact givenergy, I hope somebody has some helpful suggestions, thanks, Tony

Tony_W Panic over, I've found the button on the side and switched it on again after having watched a video!

Download the free GivEnergy Inverter Monitor app and see if that gets you any info.
If you have premium, what do you mean bu "no cloud access". It is the inverter that connects to the internet, not the battery.
Have you checked all breakers are closed (on position)
