Battery clicks then turns off?

My app is showing the battery’s cannot be seen by my inverter and the main battery will not turn on it clicks a few times and then shuts down.
I have looked in the community and found some one who had the issue (See geoffrey's post below)

I have raised a call and have a ticket number but not heard anything back have also phone and cant get passed there automated AI that cant transfer a call. I am finding there support very poor.

It sounds very much like the inverter BMS Board, I had the same happen to mine.

If you turn the power breaker off that feeds the battery, its either on the side of the battery or a separate unit (depends on the battery size)

Turn it off, then try turning the battery on, and if it stays on, but with the power breaker on the battery clicks and powers off, then its the inverter that has failed.

Will have to be replaced by GivEnergy under warranty."

GivEnergy have gone into administration. I do not know who you have raised a ticket with and who you expect to help you.
GivEnergy support will be very poor - this is nobody there

oh wow that's not good news, I still have 6 years warranty would that still be valid?

DAVIESPO Try reaching out to your installer, unless they have also gone bust. They are the ones who you have the contract with. I presume they chose GE as their supplier.

That's correct, I have dropped them an email to see what they can do, they weren't the best to be fair but even if they can help source a replacement it would help.
