Eco Mode Off and Scheduler set to "Use"

In this configuration, what should actually happen? I've sometimes ended up with Eco Mode off after setting/unsetting a timed discharge for an Axle event. I know what Eco does, but if it's left Off and the scheduler says "Use" then surely it should be using the battery for demand(?), but it doesn't. If I set it to "Sell" it sells, but "Use" doesn't use.

MrTim hmm... Since eco isn't controlled by a timer, then at a guess, the scheduler bar doesn't consider it. So Use just means that there's no charge, discharge or pause in force at that time.
