İ have 9.5kw battery installed but it’s only charging up to 3.6kw. How can I use full power of battery.

As in it will only fill to 3.6Kw, or only charges at the 3.6kWh rate, for 2h45m hrs before it's full?

Are you confusing capacity with throughput?

The inverter/battery will max out at 3.6kWh thoughput, and the battery has capacity to sustain that (max rate) for nearly 3 hours.

Or can you only get the battery to <40% charged?

Charge at so-many Watts/kiloWatts:- rate/thrughput
Charge to so-many Watthours/kiloWatthours:- quantity/SOC

9.5 battery should be capable of 6kW charge/discharge if the inverter could supply 120A?
