My GivEnergy EV charger went offline as far as the app and the portal are concerned. It still charges using the fob. The LED is solid blue and the 'grid LEDs' are blue. I have tried to reconnect it to my router and the setup process seems to work until the last stage where I get 'We couldn't find the EV Charger online, please try again'. I hadn't changed anything with my router and wifi prior to this. I'm wondering if this is a problem on the GivEnergy cloud side off things. Anyone else having problems with chargers going offline?

The charger is back online after another attempt to reconfigure the WIFI setting via the app. Followed exactly the same steps so if it was something to do with the GivEnergy cloud previously who knows.
In case it helps anyone trying to identify their charger’s IP address then the MAC address of mine starts with 94:c9 and the manufacturer is Zshongshan B&T technology co Ltd.

Hi Steve, I have had the same issue, I thought it was due to a power cut. but then a friend was having the same issue so came on here, how did you get it to reconnect?

Hi. I used the GivEnergy app on iPhone. If your charger appears offline in it then from the EV Charger option on the main menu, then choose Settings cog icon at the bottom of the EV Charger screen. In there choose Change EV Charger WIFI. Follow the prompts. One of the steps is to physically turn the power off to charger and back on again.
I followed the steps a few times yesterday to no avail. Tried same steps this morning and it worked first time ! Hope it works for you.
