Help tried everything to rest all power off, guys left without system working correctly have nothing going to the inverter and battery drained any idea how to get inverter back on line and working again?

1st check, that the AC and DC Isolators are both On. The Battery status light is on (green) and maybe some Level LEDs lit.
Is the Wifi Dongle Flashing or solid Blue?

If solid, On the Portal, go to the Inverter tile, then select Notifications, any errors listed there?
Screenshot of the Portal home page showing your Grid/In Out Solar etc would be good too.

On the Inverter tile. go to settings, battery settings, are both discharge and charge rates at Max?

Are the timed charge and discharge settings Off?

Both AC and DC are on and the dingle has solid blue as connected. Both batteries hare showinggreen and some levels. On the portal notification shows nothing for today.

Battery settling are on max rates discharge and Charge.
Timed charge and discharge are off.

really dont know what the problem is guy came but i think didnt do something right. I have turned everthing off as well and outside power and then restarted still flashing green.
thanks for your help see as well the call center is only open during working hours no 24 help line!

Ok lets work this step by step.

On the portal, go to Inverter Data ( grid of 9 squares), System Data.
Is there anything shown here for Battery. VBatt and SOC%

@Martin Can you spare 5 mins to see this system, maybe faster than relaying bits of data piece by piece to identify likely issues.
Currently trying to see if the Inverter can see a battery, that is on and has some SOC remaining,

OP. Martin the Field Engineer said your inverter has had may high voltage faults, 12 since install 9 days ago. (Hopefully he found the right inverter from your name)

See today now have two message grid voltage problem, and inverter still idle.
seems not connected first time since owning this new system, makes me think another provider would have been better to have selected. but many thanks.

Your system will get looked at by the GE engineers.
If necessary they will have your installer go back to rectify a fault if present.

A grid fault of 257V is very high without solar generating, there maybe nothing they can do till your DNO reduces your supply voltage

TheDragon (GivEnergy) I've got similarly high grid voltage at certain periods. I can see another fairly large array but it has a north of east orientation, so I don't think that is causing the high voltage which trips my Zappi from time to time. I suspect there are other solar installations with a similar orientation to mine connected to the same distribution transformer phase. The overnight voltage is usually 242-248V, so I think it it is solar related.

My DNO said they wouldn't change the tap on the transformer unless the voltage exceeded 264V! I think they must have last read the specification on distribution supply voltages before EU harmonisation.

257V it out of tolerance, so the DNO should do a tap change on the substation/supply transformer.

mrand31 257V is outside of 230 +10% -6% but its still within 240V +/- 10% which is where we were prior to EU integration. I've no idea if individual DNOs have their own policy on this but Scottish Energy Networks (MANWEB area) aren't interested below 264V.

When I had a silmilar problem (grid voltage outside of tolerance) the DNO as very quick to sort it. Call the emergency number for your DNO.

Check the voltage at the smart meter before calling the DNO. Voltage at a badly installed inverter means nothing.

It's my Zappi that's recording high voltages, admittedly electrically it is on the consumer side of the DNO supply. When I spoke to Givenergy, they told me that the inverters raise their output voltage by about 3V above grid voltage to cause an export. My inverters are clipping like mad currently with brilliant sunshine overhead but I've done all the washing, dishwasher and the EV is fully charged, so export is 3.3kW and voltage (per inverter data) is 254V. It's a shame the Zappi doesn't send me a message when it trips on overvoltage rather than me finding that it has tripped when I go to use it.

TheDragon (GivEnergy) I did call the emergency number several weeks ago and had quite a long conversation with the call handler who kept going back to her supervisor to ask for clarification. Her parting shot (quoting the supervisor) was that they wouldn't do anything about it anyway unless it was above 264V. We have the opposite problem with the water supply company who say that we get better than 11l/min free flow at the stop cock and so they won't increase the pressure.

Tim I live on a hill and we have a small local water pumping station to keep the pressure up. When the grid voltage drops so does the water pressure! 😀
