Weirdly at 5am on Sunday the system charged rom grid into battery.. 6kwh

It's only a week since install could this be a factor?

what size is the battery? Was a calibration performed after install? This involves discharging down to 0 and then fully charging, maybe it is going through a calibration cycle

Yes the installer performed the calibration, Annoyingly it recharged of the grid as it was 3pm and last Monday when it was cloudy
It's a real mystery, I've got the installer checking out out for me... He agrees with the readings

Glamorgan I put in a feature request last week to allow the user to select a calibration start time as agree with you its painful to see it drawing from the grid at expensive rates.
Afraid I have no more ideas why it is pulling from the grid at an unexpected time. Good news is, it sounds like you have a installer who is listening / helping, between them and GE support they can investigate and resolve.
My Battery has just started doing this. At 8.20 tonight it has started drawing2.6kW from the grid , Have you found a way to stop this?
