I have the Givenegry 3.6kwh inverter with 2 2.6kwh batteries.
It seems that if put a load on the system (boil the kettle) that the solar genreration cannot fully cover it goes straight to the grid to cover the short fall and then somewhere between 30-60 seconds the batteries cut in. This is annoying because then my smart meter shows an increase - so it's costing me money!!!!
I'm pretty sure this has only started recently and wonder if anyone has had this too or if it could be a configuration problem. Might even be that something has changed unbeknown to me.
I mainly notice it in the mornings when I boil the kettle when the battery power is below 30%. However I'm 99% certain the same happens when the batteries are fully charged.
Any advice would be appreciated.
