Cards - Smart Tariffs (Octopus)Cloud Portal

Hi
I have searched through the forum for help, but I am still unable to solve why I cannot edit any of my Smart Tariff tiles.
Currently with EDF, about to switch to Octopus this weekend.
When I expand the Smart Tariff window, I am not able to Submit details as this is greyed out, likewise when I click on any tile, these too are then greyed out.

What am I missing please?

jclarke If the smart tariff is maximised in the portal (with the summary bar above). Go to the bottom right hand corner of the smart tariff and delete your existing tariff. You should then be able to add a new one.

Delete and re add a new one

jclarke any hints on how to actually switch - I am with Octopus already but moving to a solar tariff/getting any info on a smart meter etc is a huge struggle... did you manage to call/speak with them ? I have sent emails but no response.

Hi all
I now think this is a browser related issue. I use by default Microsoft Edge, and I have no smart tariff visible, but now viewing on my mobile using Google, it seems to work.

I rang them 0808 164 1088.
I am going on the variable rate for now until I get some meaningful usage data. They offered a fix cap rate for 12 months at £0.72p per kW, but this does not seem financially sensible.

jclarke I use by default Microsoft Edge

I use Edge too. You have added the card to your portal by editing your dashboard? Maybe edit the dashboard and delete then add back? One thing though... Although my EdF tariff is available on the smart card, I had to add it manually because it can't cope with different import and export providers. I then added Octopus SEG for export.
