Solar Generation Always at Around 0w in Reports

We've recently had a new 5.2kWh GivEnergy battery fitted to complement our existing solar. I can see from my readings on the solar inverter, battery and smart meter that it's all working correctly. The only annoyance is that most of the time the feedback in the Dashboard and App for solar generation is pretty much always 0.01 or 1-4 Watts. The solar is working fine too, so it's only the data reporting to the user interface that's off.

But obviously, if the system can't give reasonably correct feedback from the solar generation, then it throws many of the graphs and other data outputs off. As I say, the system itself is physically working in the right way, it's just the reporting that is wonky. Any ideas?

If you are seeing reports accurate to 1 to 4 watts, that is well within the tolerances of the metering.

wilfleek I think that @WinterMJ is saying that the system is working fine but the solar generation is not being reported in the app or dashboard, making the reporting incorrect. We have a similar issue in that the dashboard summary only reports home load data for one inverter. I think both issues are simply the way the inverter data is filtered and summarised on the dashboard and app.

Yes, as Tim said. Instead, we just get a result between 0 and about 2W for the solar generation, which is obviously wrong as there's plenty being generated.

Ah, I see.
