My solar panels output is showing today 1W in such sunshine. Looking at my inverter the middle box is not connected and looks to have wires hanging freely.

trying to reach technical support but just seen to be hanging no answer!

DowsettCT12 If you have wires hanging freely, I think you need to contact your installer. Have they completed the installation?

The middle box is the data connections. Could someone, or something yanked them out?
