Hi, I have solar and battery storage system. As the odd day is now not generating the solar energy required to avoid using the grid totally,
I’m keen to use the Octopus Go smart tariff to top up battery when required. I have tried to do this using the app via smart tariff which once saved shows as automated. However, this did not work so I had to manually charge using the quick settings buttons which did work. Should I have gone into inverter settings or is the smart tariff setting not fully functional yet? Excuse my ignorance if there is a simple explanation to this!
