As the title says. It's started displaying this and I'm not sure how to fix it :-/ And for once, I've not touch anything ! 😆

Xx-Mythril-xX I've had this for a few days now. I've tried removing the account data and adding it again but it's still the same. I think it might be failing at the Octopus end.

Same, since 4th Dec, Octopus account isn't showing any updates since then either.

Hoping it gets caught up and I don't get billed at the off peak Go rate!

I wonder if it will be worth a call tomorrow then to Octopus just to see if they can look into it ? I don't think we'll get billed differently, but if we did I'm sure they would sort it out as it's not a fault at our end...

Xx-Mythril-xX I did drop them an email yesterday morning, checking last night it's caught up and I am now lagging by a day.

The terms and conditions for Go and Agile etc are that if they don't get the meter reports they will bill at a standard rate.

I have this issue with Octopus too. Though mine was fixed last Thursday, took weeks for them to sort but no unusual bills here, everything worked out in the end. They are just incredibly busy I think taking on thousands of new customers.

Thanks for your feedback for this one, we'll be working on creating an interface to not display data for consumption on the previously day if Octopus have not made an update on their side.

Recently, Octopus' consumption API haven't been getting updated as early as they should be and its causing our card to not render correctly. Hopefully a fix will be seen very soon!

Thanks for the update guys. I've just checked mine just now and it seems to be back up and running.
