Hi all had the system up and runnig for about 2 weeks now, All working ok other than i have notice that the battery status lights are aways on 2 lights whch i thought that it ment around 50%?
but this is like this all the time doesn't matter if the battery as got 4% in or 100%.
Can anyone clarify this?
One light (extreme LHS) is the "on" indicator, and the next one along shows it has minimum charge (4% or whatever). Are they the two you mean, as if so, all is well?
bigjaywilson the 4 lights to the right of staus mean
0-5% Flashing 1st (shouldn't see this)
5-24% 1st lit
25%49 1 and 2 lit
50-74 1,2,3 lit
75+ all 4 lit.

so i must have an issue because they do ot move away on 2 lights when 100% full or 4%.
Do you know of any fixers for this

wilfleek i have the indicator lights on and 2 more thats is under the staus bar, but this does not move up or down even when the battery is at 100% or 4%
bigjaywilson have you tried resetting the batteries (turning them off and on again using the switch on the side?)
If that does not help, then you will need to contact GiVenergy support, who can look at things remotely. Could be you need a firmware update.
To switch the batteries off or on, you hold the button for a few seconds, until it bleeps.
