Hi all,

I was hoping for an IFTTT service or similar if possible to be able to do something like:-

IF "Battery is 100%" THEN xxxx. or IF "Exporting to Grid" THEN xxxx etc.

Has anyone been able to do this?

I'm thinking - If exporting then turn on dishwasher smart plug or something similar. Or If Battery reaches 100% Alexa announces "Battery Full" etc etc.

Any help or advice would be appreciated!

Steve

SteveCridge As @HipHopAst says, you can achieve the functionality you are looking for with Givtcp and home automation. You can also use the Givenergy API, but still some sort of home automation. It all depends on how interested you are in developing your own solutions.

Thanks for the replies @Tim & @HipHopAst

I guess I'll have a read up of GivTcp and about Home Assistant. I've used neither of them. I am a techie but maybe the GivTcp is out of my knowledge base really! We'll see. Some simple integration with something like IFTTT would really be of benefit I feel!

Thanks again.

With IFTTT its small problem its all rely on internet connection. With HA and TCP connection its all local so no date its transferred oven internet.
