Hello there didn't know if this as the exact right place to post this but seemed like the closest area.
my system was commissioned on August 19th 2022 and all is good. I have since swapped over from my previous supplier and now on Octopus Go tariff to get cheap overnight battery charging.
There is a KB article that says you can link it here https://kb.givenergy.cloud/export.php?type=DOC&id=8
Problem is that doesn't exist anymore on either the new dashboard or legacy portal version. There is no system mode settings anywhere I can see.
Some help would be appreciated

How do you link your Octopus account to GivEnergy portal?

Just set timed import in my inverter, settings?
Ra Yes, it is part of the Go T&Cs that you have an EV
CoyoteEnergy46 If you add the smart tariff card to your portal and set up the link to your Octopus account, then you can then select "tariff automations".
Or, as suggested, you can just set the charge times and percentages you want in the inverter settings area.
dcsh @CoyoteEnergy46 Just remember that the Octopus automations will override manual settings, for example if you want to reduce your overnight target SoC to less than 100%
Ra No you don't need to have an EV for Octopus Go. I said I have a battery and they were absolutely fine.

Thanks I just tried that and it keeps saying invalid API key. It must be a portal integration issue as when I use linux commands direct it connects but there is no data.

Trouble I have is that until my current fixed tariff runs out I'm loathed to change to something that would cost more overall - My fix is 24p/kWh until end of Sept 23.
anglefire For me I was on E-on next at 48.8p/kWh and Go is 7.5p/kWH for the overnight charge and 39.4/kWh for the rest.
So far I have only needed the grid for a few peaks per day and the battery keeps the house running so overall I am happy and that is with low PV generation as the sun is not as strong.
