Adding a user account

hi,
I'm new to the portal... can someone advise how to login as an engineer and add a user account please? i can only login as the company and when i try to add a user account, the only option is a greyed our engineer option.

As Company, Create engineer account
Login as engineer, then you can see inverters and create users
