Hi iv just have some panels and battery pack installed when should the battery discharge? As I had a full battery yesterday no one was home and my consumption raised by 2000w for 3 hours drained the battery and stopped is this normal

Hi make sure the battery setting is set to eco then it will only discharge when our home load requires it. There is a setting that forces the battery to discharge , this was used for the agile Octopus tariff to sell back energy you had stored cheaply. Of course due to the current energy crisis this tariff is not longer used.
