9.5 battery fault

Mine just died last night, pushing the little power button on the right brings it to life but after the initial self check it starts clicking on the back and powers off, speaking with support sounds like this is not the first instance of this with these batteries and i was told they are not aware of what the actual issue is and the fix is to replace a component on the back, wait time is end of the month sadly. Anyone else in the boat?

Inverter reports multiple issues:

• BMS Communication Fail
• Battery Voltage Low
• BMS Over Voltage

Try looking a the connections in the DC isolator - ensure they are tight. I ahd a loose one and got some of the error measage you have. I also found (using an IR camera) that significant heat was being generated, glad I spotted it before it was too late.
Following my own logic, I guess checking the battery connections would be a good idea too. I checked mine using the IR camera - no heat from there so I assumed they were fine. (and indeed have proven to be so in use)

If you are not competent or confident in things electric, get a sparky in to do the connection checks. There is a lot of power in those battery packs!
