Unexpected Full Discharge

New to solar and recently (12.08.22) had 2 5.2kWh batteries / hybrid converter system installed. It is set up on Eco Mode.
The lowest % the battery had reached overnight is 78%.
However, last night the battery was at 87% just after midnight and then, for some reason uknown to me, went into discharge mode (around 2.5kW) until 01:52:12 when it was reported at 37% and 5 minutes later (01:57:14) was at 0%. After this it then recharged the batteries from the grid until 100% was reached around 06:20.
Any ideas why this might have happened?

PaulWinter Battery calibration? If you hadn't had one on installation, this would be it. If you did already and there was no firmware update, might be worth a call to Givenergy to ask what's going on.

Tim Thanks Tim. Batteries were calibrated on 12.08.22. I'll see what happens tonight and then give them a call.

I resubmitted the ECO mode setting yesterday and there was no problem early this morning (07.09.22) so presumably just a one off glitch.
