I wonder if anyone knows what it means when the battery status led is yellow. The whole system went offline last week and this 2.6kw battery has not been charging since last week (did a full reset of the system). The other battery is working fine, green led.

tk2 Call Givenergy and ask them to look at it remotely for you.
Any notifications on the portal?
Thanks guys. I have an open ticket with GE, who were helpful to get the system restarted - although the ticket has gone silent for the last few days when we got to this yellow LED status. The offending battery has a notification of 'low voltage', it is reading as 5V and not charging.
