I cannot load the 'new' dashboard when accessing portal using web browser on my LG Smart TV. The 'legacy' dashboard works fine, as does everything else. TV uses webOS version 4.4.0-12
I raised a bug report, but no answer yet.
Any ideas?? I guess web os version can't handle the graphics or something?

What happens when you try to load the page? Can you please take pictures/video of what happens so we may investigate?
Not much to photograph really. Just get the rotating green 'waiting' image. Legacy dashboard loads up, no problem.

Since it's loading forever, it sounds like it is probably some code on the new dashboard that is incompatible with your TV's web browser. I'll do some digging and see what I can find out.
