Just had an 8.2 battery installed yesterday and it has been commissioned and calibrated but I am not generating any solar at all to charge the battery up before and after it was discharged, the panels have been working fine up until the install. It’s a hybrid 3.6 inverter, at the moment the battery is down to 4% and not charging, any ideas please.

Yes it is.
I assume you have made sure the solar isolators are turned back on after the installation?
It's simple things, but they're worth checking.

Yes they are turned on, for some reason it seems to be working now, I will keep an eye on it.
So when I thought everything was ok 7 hours later I have generated 0.35kw today and my GE app still showing idle at the top, I know it’s been cloudy now and then but never had this before.
