At 07:00 am this morning my batteiries were are 20%. Just been for a shower and come down to find my batterie are at 0%.

Two things:

1) nothing was on to make the batteires discharge that fast.
2) I thought the batteries would not go below 4%

Now the batteries are charging using the grid to get it back up to the 4%

What on earht has occured?

Thanks for the heads up pthomson.

Would someone from Giv like to explain whats happened here please? It's not the first time going by the thread I was pointed to.

If it is something you know about or you have done something please own up and let us know.

Otherwise the silence will degrade your customers confidence and they will not be able to recommned your products or service.

Id rather you be open with us. Isn't that what these forums are all about - learning and collaboration?

Have now read the thread in the link provided. At least Adam from GE is responding and seems on the case.

I've noted the thread and will follow it from now on.
