Calibration

hi, we had our system installed on the 5th of august, and all has been good since, today noticed it was exporting and noticed a message to say the installer had finished commissioning, and now wanted to calibrate.

So it discharged a full battery and now using peak price electricity.

Initial calibration (full discharge then full charge) is a necessary part of commissioning. Nothing to do with the SOC issues some users are seeing.

Would it take nearly two months to get the initial calibration done though? The install date was August 5th.

It's popped up a few times - something has changed for installers portal and whatever they need to update for users then makes the system think it's been recommissioned and so runs through another calibration.
There's been several people on Facebook who have had the same "commissioning complete > calibration running" messages several months after install.
