Missing power graph data

I appear to be missing data on the power graph for the early hours of this morning and Saturday morning. Just over an hours worth from 2:45am both times. Has anyone else had this? Known issue or something I need to log with support?

Mines Fine. Usually you get this with server issues or wifi drop outs.
It's unlikely they will be able to retrieve it for you but you can try.

I had an issue with my EM115 meter where the CT came loose and made it look like my PV did 120KW for 6 hours one day. It couldn't be removed from my data at GE's end so i've just had to add a calc to minus this spurious data from total PV for this year. (which i'm glad you've reminded me this as i'll have to take that fudge out of the code January 1st...)

THALL Just checked on my power graphs and I had a "five minute" window from 02:40 to 04:18 on Saturday morning and another "five minute" window from 02:43 to 03:38 this morning. Coincidence?

Woodstock sounds like it could be a server issue then. Can I just ask, is your setup internal or external?

THALL If you are asking if my battery and inverter are outside then the answer is no; they are in the garage.
The router is in the house.

THALL At least you are getting something. Yesterday I apparently pulled 1,957kWh from the grid to my home yesterday and developed 183.78kWh from my 6kW solar system. I must tell the wife to go easy on her home-smelting kit in the shed...

Same here. I've had this 'silly numbers' issue since my installation 3 months ago.

Are GE doing anything about it, do you know?
I've had varying answers to the same question, from GE folk.

Sykes No, apparently they are playing around with a new "card" so people can look at their solaredge data instead.

JJB I see your having a bit of a torrid time with multiple inverters - is this just on the new "beta" portal or also the old one? (thinking of getting another but not if it's going to give me a headache)
One thing you might need to check is your EM115 meters the CT clamps go to (they have a little green screen on them usually fitted in the fuseboard) - When my CT clamp got knocked/disconnected this then told the inverter my PV was producing several hundred KWh a day for about 8 hours. Not sure if it's that kind of thing?
The light on the EM115 was blinking like mad when the house load was a few hundred watts which then went back to a slow blink once i'd reconnected it.

@hoggy
I've got multiple inverters too, and this has been happening for me, since installation 3 months ago - on both portals.

hoggy Sadly it's unrelated to the EM115s, both of which are installed in a separate distribution board, as you say. It's apparently an issue with the "Plant" setup and double-counting of data. I'm losing my religion with just how long it's taking to sort out, however, while they seem to piddling around with other things and not getting the basics right.

Does seem a bit like that; there are fundamental issues which need absolute priority, before continuing with the nice-to-haves...
