Grid and Battery at 0W

Hi all,
I am a complete novice, PV installed about 10 days ago. Everything was fine until this morning. Checked this morning that the Givenergy app showing solar generation at around only 100W when it should have been around 1.1KW or more during the full sunshine. Household consumption stuck at 9W (can't be right). Battery not discharging, grid at neutral. Does someone know what's going on, please?
Restarted the inverter from the dashboard but nothing. Still the same.
Would really appreciate for your help!

There was a givenergy server problem this morning. You were probably just seeing false data.

mrand31 Hi thanks. I am still seeing the same issue, battery at 100% not discharging, Grid at 0W (Neutral) and only 2.4KW of generation. Does it mean that the server is still down? Kind regards

mrand31 Presumably Givtcp would provide different data during the server problem?

Tim it will continue to work as normal.
It reads and writes directly to the invertor.

Since I have put the MCB switch back ON yesterday, the Inverter's Grid Data showing 0V, prior to that it was around 240V. No voltage coming from the grid. Does someone know what's going on, please?

SPV Have you turned the EM115 Meter (the one with the little green screen) back on aswell?

hoggy Yes, I did. Surprisingly, the numbers on EM115 have not changed since yesterday. The grey circuit breaker next to it got tripped, meaning that the EM115 may have developed a fault?
