What is the max solar input with the Gen 1 3.6 Hybrid?

I currently have a Gen 1 3.6 Hybrid with 4.07kw of south facing solar from 11 x JAsolar 370w half cell black units.
5 panels are wired on string 1, the other 6 on string 2.
This setup feeds 2 x 8.2kw batteries.

I would like to add more panels on a west facing roof to catch the sun from midday to late evening.
I have room for a further 10? panels on this roof.

Would I need an additional inverter for this load or could it be added to the original 3.6 Hybrid?
Is there any additional capacity on the original inverter to allow a reduced number of additional panels?

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

DIG I think as your existing array is split over string 1 & 2 you would need another inverter, unless your installers can rewire the existing array onto one string and have the 2nd string for the other array.

However, the max DC input for the Gen 1 3.6 Hybrid is 4.5kW, so you're quite close already.

Thanks for the confirmation. I noted that the two input strings were rated at around 11A each and on a bright day in the summer I note this was recorded. Oh well, will have to think of an alternative solution.
